Who You Are Buying From. Ticket Center Stage acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets, such as arts groups, promoters, or other outside licensees of the venue (each, an “Event Provider”). When you purchase a ticket for an event, Ticket Center Stage will only be handling the transaction and collecting payment on behalf of the Event Provider. If an event is cancelled or you otherwise become entitled to a refund, the Event Provider will be exclusively responsible for issuing the refund.
Pricing and Availability. Because Ticket Center Stage sells tickets on behalf of Event Providers, Ticket Center Stage does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, phone and box offices. All distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, Ticket Center Stage does not control this inventory or its availability. Our Event Provider clients decide at their sole discretion which of their tickets are made available for public sale. The tickets we sell belong to our clients and typically represent only a portion of (and sometimes substantially less than) the total venue seating capacity. On occasion, additional tickets may be released by the Event Provider as late as the event date.
Senior and Student discounts may be available for an event but not made available on line per the instructions of the Event Provider. To purchase tickets with these discounts, you will need to call Ticket Center Stage directly at 888-228-3630 or locally (in the Dayton area) at 937-228-3630.
Payment Methods. TicketCenterStage.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit/debit cards.
Order Confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or e-mail) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Ticket Center Stage Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process.
If you assume that an order has not been placed because you do not receive a confirmation, you will nonetheless be obliged to pay for the tickets if your order was in fact accepted.
Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees. Tickets purchased on TicketCenterStage.com are typically subject to a non-refundable per ticket processing fee and a delivery charge. We reserve the right to hold any tickets in will call regardless of the delivery method selected.
Delivery Methods. When purchasing tickets on TicketCenterStage.com you may choose your preferred delivery method from the available options. Regardless of the delivery method selected, we reserve the right to hold tickets at will call.
Amount of Tickets Per Customer or “Ticket Limits.” When purchasing tickets on TicketCenterStage.com, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a “ticket limit”). This limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
Refunds and Exchanges. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies established by our Event Providers generally prohibit Ticket Center Stage from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not, in those circumstances, seek a “chargeback” from your credit card issuer or otherwise dispute the charge for the tickets.
Billing Information Verification. Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Ticket Center Stage customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Ticket Center Stage is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Ticket Center Stage may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
Pricing and Other Errors. If the amount you pay for a ticket is lower than the correct price regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date, or you are able to order a ticket that was not intended to have been released for sale, then Ticket Center Stage will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether the mistake is the result of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other Ticket Center Stage operated system.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face amount. Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the Event Provider or venue rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes. Tickets may not be purchased with the intention of re-selling the tickets at a profit. Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by the Event Provider, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of trademarks and other intellectual property of Ticket Center Stage or Victoria Theatre Association is subject to Victoria Theatre Association’s consent.
