Accessible seating for patrons with wheelchairs is available at the back of the orchestra level of the Victoria Theatre, on all levels of the Schuster Center, and in designated areas in the Loft Theatre. There is an accessible entrance (with automatic doors) located to the south of the Victoria Theatre’s main doors. All entrances at the Schuster Center have automatic doors.
Accessible seating can be purchased by calling 1-888-228-3630 or online at www.ticketcenterstage.com. Wheelchair seats are designated by a (color may vary). All seats that are designated as accessible seats will accommodate a standard wheelchair, power-chair or scooter. Each wheelchair accessible seat will have a free standing hardback chair in its place. Within 48 hours of purchasing wheelchair seating online, you will receive a survey to request to have the chair(s) removed in advance or make other accommodations.

Schuster Center’s Performing Arts Center
Assisted listening devices are available for Victoria Theatre, Schuster Center and Loft Theatre performances. You may check out one of the devices from a house manager in the lobby.
American Sign Language interpretation and/or audio interpretation is provided for most Victoria Theatre Association productions upon request. For information about other performances at the Schuster Center, Victoria Theatre or Loft Theatre please call the box office at 937-228-3630 to see if arrangements can be made.

The Saturday matinee performances of Premier Health Broadway Series Shows are signed and/or audio described.
All 4 p.m. performances of the Morris Furniture Co. Family Series presentations are sign interpreted. Audio description is available upon request.

Please understand that while we will make every effort to make reasonable accommodations, certain requests may not be able to be honored.
Communication for patrons with hearing and speech impairments is available by calling Ohio Relay Service at 1-800-750-0750. When the communication assistant responds, please type or say “Ticket Center Stage at 1-888-228-3630” and you will be connected with a ticket agent. Ticket Center Stage hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday, and two hours prior to every performance.
Large Print Programs
Large print programs are also available from any usher for Victoria Theatre Association-presented Broadway Series performances.
Certain performances are offered as sensory-friendly. Sensory-friendly performances are specifically designed for children with an autism spectrum disorder, other sensory processing diagnoses, and other special needs. You can expect a reduction of loud jarring sounds, the absence of flashing or strobe lighting on stage, modifications of the house lights during the performance, and a judgement-free environment where all patrons can feel free to vocalize or move around the theatre as they need to. At no time will anyone be asked to leave the performance due to sound, movement or behaviors related to the differing cognitive/ developmental abilities.

In addition to men’s and women’s restrooms, the Schuster Center has family restrooms located on each lobby level. Family restrooms are in the Ludlow Street side of the building. If you are facing the doors to the theatre, they will be on your left.
Family restrooms are also available at the Victoria Theatre and Loft Theatre. Please ask an usher or house manager for assistance in finding these restrooms.
Drop off locations
For the Victoria Theatre and the Loft Theatre there is an accessible drop off location located on First Street.
For the Schuster Center there is an accessible drop off location on Second Street.
