POLICIES



Unlike most online ticketing systems, we let you see exactly what our ticketing agents see and allow you to choose your exact seat(s).

PAYMENT METHODS
Ticket Center Stage offers a secure payment method over the Internet and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you wish to purchase tickets using cash, check, gift certificate or the Culture Works Arts Card, please visit one of our box office locations.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Ticket Center Stage sells tickets on behalf of many different organizations. Ticket Center Stage does not set the ticket prices or determine price sections. Tickets for popular shows may sell out quickly. Occasionlly, additional tickets may be availabe prior to the event. However, Ticket Center Stage does not conrol this inventory or its availability.

DISCOUNTS
In general, Ticket Center Stage DOES NOT offer discounts when purchasing tickets online. You must call us at (937) 228-3630, toll free at (888) 228-3630 or visit one of our box office locations to place your order if you are entitled to a discount (i.e. Senior Citizen - 60 years of age or better). Orders entitled to a discount that are purchased online will not be adjusted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PROCESSING FEES
Most online transactions will incur a $4.00 per ticket processing fee, up to a maximum of $16.00. Some events may also incur additional processing and preservation fees.

SEAT SELECTION
There is a maximum of ten (10) seats per performance day / time available for online ordering. When making your seat selection(s), be aware that seats are selected from LEFT to RIGHT and that each venue is displayed with the stage located toward the TOP of your computer screen. We cannot provide for the selection of seats across mulitple rows while ordering online. You have ten (10) minutes to complete your transaction.

ACCOUNT CREATION
An online account must be used to purchase tickets. If you have previously purchased tickets with Ticket Center Stage, please use your established account. This will help us offer you the best customer service possible. If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password" button on the payment screen. When purchasing tickets for the first time through Ticket Center Stage, please fill out all requested name/address information completely and check for mistakes. Incorrect information could lead to a delay in the receipt of your tickets or cancellation of your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
If you do not receive a confirmation (in the form of a confirmation page or email), or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, this maybe an indication that your order was not completed.  It is your responsibility to contact Ticket Center Stage to confirm whether or not your order has been processed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Ticket Center Stage will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

If you use any Spam blocking software, ticketcenterstage@ticketcenterstage.com will need to be added to your list of allowed recipients. Failure to do so will result in your order confirmation not being delivered. Confirmation emails that are rejected due to Spam blocking software will not be automatically resent.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Online ticket orders will be mailed to the address provided within 2 business days. Exception - Orders placed within 7 days of a performance will not be mailed. These tickets will be held for you in WILL CALL at the Ticket Center Stage box office located in the Wintergarden of the Schuster Center. Tickets can be picked up any time prior to your performance or at the performance venue 2 hours prior to show time.

CANCELLED AND POSTPONED EVENTS

Ticket Center Stage is not responsible for deciding whether an event should be cancelled or postponed, or what action should be taken if this situation should occur.

OPENING ACTS
Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. Ticket Center Stage is not always made aware of opening acts or the length of their performances. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an opening act is changed or cancelled.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Before making payment, and thereby completing your order, carefully review your event and seat selection. Some of our clients prohibit Ticket Center Stage from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. For events where exchanges are permitted, there maybe an additional $5.00 charge.

PRICING ERRORS
If the amount you pay for a ticket is obviously or grossly incorrect, regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, and regardless of whether because of a transactional malfunction of this web site, then Ticket Center Stage will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid.

SPECIAL NEEDS ASSISTANCE
You may not be appropriately served by ordering tickets online if you require special needs assistance. A limited number of handicap and special needs accessible seating locations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
