Description:
DPO Principal Clarinetist John Kurokawa performs Mozart's
Clarinet Quintet, a work typical of Mozart in the manner
in which he develops a wide variety of moods and musical
textures, wrings enormous richness from the material,
and allows John to display his virtuosity. The DPO Principal
Quartet join John for this work, and they perform several
other string quartets in this homage to strings, reeds,
and the composing giants of music's Classical Era! |
